According to the warrant issued by the Salisbury Police Department, officers allege Blue, while acting as a caregiver, caused serious bodily injury to a juvenile by exposing the child to fentanyl.

The warrant states the child was found with breathing difficulties, abnormal muscle tone, seizure-like symptoms, and required emergency medical treatment. The child was transported to Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury and later transferred to a Charlotte hospital for further care.

Investigators allege the incident occurred at a hotel on Marriott Circle in Salisbury.

The case will proceed in Rowan County District Court.
