After citizen complaints of narcotics being sold, a narcotics search warrant and arrest warrant were served at 1120 Terrance Drive, Salisbury, by members of the RCSO Criminal Apprehension Team as well as the Special Investigations Unit.
Suspect Danny Ray Ketner was charged with:
- Possession of methamphetamine
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
He was issued a $2,000 secured bond.
This is the second narcotics search warrant this week in Rowan County leading to the arrest of drug offenders and those selling drugs in our county. Additional information is forthcoming on other search warrants after further investigations are completed.
