Rowan County deputies seek IDs of five suspects in Hill’s Minnow Farm vandalism case

ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help identifying five people recorded on surveillance video during a vandalism incident at a local business earlier this week.

Investigators said the incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. on Feb. 1 at Hill’s Minnow Farm, where cameras captured a group of five individuals damaging private property.

According to authorities, the group arrived together on multiple off-road vehicles. Video shows one Polaris Ranger–style utility vehicle, one red four-wheeler, and one small green four-wheeler among the vehicles involved.

Detectives said the group approached from the direction of town and later left traveling toward Tamarac Marina and Restaurant.

The Sheriff’s Office asks anyone with information about the identities of the individuals to contact the deputy listed on the official case card. Tips also help through direct message to the reporting outlet, which will forward details to investigators.
