ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — A Rowan County woman is facing misdemeanor domestic violence charges after police say she used a sharp object to cut her partner during an argument. Quinta Janelle Caldwell was arrested on November 24, according to a magistrate’s order filed in Rowan County District Court. The warrant states that Caldwell unlawfully and willfully assaulted Antwan Dominique Hunter, who she was in a dating relationship with at the time. Investigators say Caldwell cut Hunter
