“On or about the date of offense shown and in the county named above, the defendant unlawfully, willfully, and feloniously did assemble with at least two other persons, Nasir Bostic, [REDACTED], and two other unknown subjects, and riot by engaging in a public disturbance, shooting, and causing terror to the public on Union St S, Concord, NC.

By this disorderly and violent conduct, the defendant did cause property damage in excess of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500), damage to 2 Gals Diner consisting of gunshot holes and broken windows.”
