ree

In Cabarrus County, North Carolina, a man from Locust has been accused of committing multiple serious offenses involving a 14-year-old girl in a bathroom. The incidents, detailed in a warrant from Cabarrus County issued on November 24th, led to the arrest of 38-year-old Christopher David Hines on eight felony charges. These charges include seven instances of producing explicit images of a minor and one charge of illegally filming someone in private. The warrant states that Hines purposely recorded the minor in various states of undress or nudity, with full awareness of the explicit content.

The detailed legal documents describe different instances of recordings, such as the minor undressing, drying off with a specific colored towel, and exiting the shower with her upper body exposed. Another accusation mentions Hines filming the girl as she put on a blue garment after showering. The charge of secret filming pertains to Hines setting up hidden recording devices in the bathroom to capture the minor while she was naked and using the shower.

Law enforcement officials from Cabarrus County executed the warrant recently, and upon his arrest, Hines chose not to proceed with a probable cause hearing. The investigation is currently ongoing, with detectives diligently examining the recordings and other relevant evidence.
