Randolph County deputies search for missing 18-year-old last seen in Ramseur

RAMSEUR, N.C. — The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing 18-year-old who was last seen Friday in the Ramseur area.

Authorities said Dale Luke Loflin was reported missing on Feb. 13, 2026. Deputies said he was last seen on Ferguson Road in Ramseur and is believed to be traveling on foot.

Investigators described Loflin as a white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last known to be wearing a dark-colored T-shirt, dark-colored pants and a dark-colored ski mask.

According to the sheriff’s office, Loflin may suffer from cognitive impairment.
