In Salisbury, a young man, aged 25, from Salisbury was apprehended in relation to a recent incident involving gunfire on West Horah Street. The Salisbury Police Department reported that the shooting occurred on the 4th of October.


The individual responsible was identified as Messiah Swindell by investigators shortly after the event, leading to the issuance of arrest warrants. Swindell was apprehended on the 5th of November and charged with committing a serious assault with a lethal weapon with the intent to cause harm.
